Electoral Reform and Policy change of Us single member districts voting to Proportional Representaion based on a case study analysis
This paper looks at the impact of proportional representation in Scotland and India, and discusses why it should be used instead of the existing "one person, one vote" system currently in the United States. The conclusion of this paper suggests that government is not likely to allow proportional representation to be integrated into the American political system, regardless of its popularity.
