The question of whether or not to restrict, or even ban, pornography is being debated in many countries around the world, and will continue to be a question of interest for the foreseeable future. For this is not a question that will have one answer that everyone will be happy with. Issues of personal freedoms versus morality arise. To decide which side of the fence one sits upon, first one must understand the definition of pornography. From there, they must acknowledge the underlying reasons why so many find pornography disturbing. Once this is accomplished, one can better discuss the reasons pornography should or should not be censored, and how Isaiah Berlins Two Concepts of Liberty affect the decision.
