Sustainable tourism development in the Hainan province of China
This paper provides an overview of two nature preserves in China, and begins to examine how "sustainable tourism" is put into effect in these preserves. The Wuzhishan Nature Reserve and Sanya National Coral Reef Nature Reserve are examined. The model of sustainable tourism as found in Costa Rica is briefly introduced. There is no conclusion to this paper.
