This paper analyzes the issue of just-in-time management, a system developed from the Japanese model in order to reduce inventory costs and to provide manufacturers with the materials needed to produce goods in a timely manner so there is no need to keep an inventory of components, and this method of management has been adopted to various types of business, such as Dell Computers, which are made only when they are ordered.
