This paper will discuss many concepts and theories of DNA. Included will be a comparison and contrast of the roles of DNA helicase topoisomerase and topoisomerase. Two cycles of PCR will be demonstrated; as well factors in the insertion of DNA and the polypeptide they dictate will be discussed. The suggested model for DNA replication will examine and isolated clones will also be included in this examination of the roles of DNA.
